How to Request Candlle Account Deletion
You can easily request account closure and data deletion directly within the Candlle mobile application:
Primary Method: In-App Deletion Request
Launch the Candlle mobile app on your Android or iOS device and sign in.
Tap on the Profile icon located in the bottom navigation bar.
From the menu list, tap on Setting.
Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts to submit your request.
Alternative Method: Email Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can submit your request by emailing our Compliance Team from your registered email address:
compliance@deltaxbroking.comPlease mention your registered Mobile Number, PAN Number, and Client ID in the email body.
Prerequisites Before Account Closure:
- Ensure all open intraday, delivery, or F&O positions have been squared off.
- Withdraw any remaining credit funds balance to your registered bank account.
- Ensure there are no outstanding dues, negative ledger balances, or margin penalties.

3. Tax & Accounting Laws
Under the Income Tax Act, 1961, financial records and capital gains statements must be kept available for tax verification and statutory auditor sign-offs.
Applicable Retention Timeline
- Statutory Records (KYC & Financial Ledgers): Retained for a minimum period of 5 (five) years from the date of cessation of transactions or account closure, as legally stipulated under Rule 9 of the PML (Maintenance of Records) Rules and SEBI regulations.
- Non-Statutory & App Data: Deleted or permanently anonymized within 30 days of verifying and closing your account.
